After the 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period and will not auto-renew.
Annual subscription fees are charged upfront for the full year. Cancellations after 30 days do not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year. Your access continues until the end of the annual period.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
We will issue a refund outside the 30-day window at our discretion in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. Contact support@clearrecord.co.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
